2. Cancellations
I open at 7:00 am
Any pets dropped off before 7:00am, will incur
an overnight fee for the previous night.
4. What to Bring
Leashes:
*Washoe Animal Control requires dogs to be leashed on public property.
** Dogs on leashes often feel threatened meeting dogs that are not leashed.

There are 4 lanes: get in the 2nd lane from the right
At the light (bottom of ramp),
Turn left and go under the freeway
At the 1st light (Victorian Ave),
Turn right
Turn left on the 3rd street: 5th Street
I am the 8th house on the left.
Or
I80 East
Exit at Pyramid (1st exit past the Nugget)
Turn left at the bottom of the ramp
Go under the freeway
Turn right on “C” street (the light at the In n Out Burger)
Turn left on 5th street
4th house on left
From the North,
Take Pyramid Hwy South,
Turn left on “D”
Turn right on 5th.

2. Cancellations
| To receive your deposit refund, cancellations must be received and confirmed, | |
| in writing via email, 14 days PRIOR to your scheduled drop-off date. | ||
| There are no refunds for holiday cancellations. | |
| Early Returns: There are no refunds for early return. |

| Drop Off and Pick up: 7:00 am - 8:00 am and 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm |
| All drop-offs and pick-ups out of regular business hours are by appointment | |
| only and incur a $20.00 fee. |
