Reservations can be made via phone, request form on this
site or email, email@example.com, and will be “penciled in”
when I respond to your phone call or email. Your reservation
will be held for 5 business days pending receipt of your deposit.
Reservations will be confirmed, by email, when your deposit
for 50% of the total is received at: Kim Doyle POB 1763
SPARKS NV 89432 or via PayPal (please include your pet's
name, dates for boarding and your email address).
Reservations made with less than 14 days notice require full
payment within 3 business days.
Cancellations: To receive a refund, cancellations must be
received and confirmed, in writing , 14 days PRIOR to your
scheduled drop-off date.
Early Returns/Pickups: As the reservation was held for your
pet, no refund or credit will be given for early returns/pickups.
Holiday Reservations will be “penciled in” when I respond to
your phone call or email and will be held for 5 business days
pending receipt of your deposit.
Holiday reservations will be confirmed by email, when your non-
refundable payment for 100% of the total is received (please
include your pet's name, dates for boarding and your email
address). No refund for holiday cancellations.
